Core Functions:
Create, build, and manage inventory and on-sales through Ticketmaster’s HOST and Archtics
Update pricing as necessary for all on sale events
Coordinate fulfillment and distribution of all internal tickets including individual staff requests and departmental requests
Hire, train, and supervise Game Day Box Office Staff
Train new sales and service staff on ticketing system and processes
Reconcile value card and gift card programs
Assist with season ticket renewals, invoicing and payment processing
Maintain records and files
Reconcile daily cash/check ticket payments with accounting
Consistently monitor Buccaneers Account Manager, TM.com, Buccaneers.com for quality control and make necessary updates
Utilize Pricemaster to make pricing updates as necessary
Conduct daily financial and quality control reporting
Monitor payment plan compliance
Provide internal support and event creation and tracking for other departments such as sales, member relations, special events, and corporate partnerships
Oversee ADA seat infill process, tracking, inventory and implementation
Monitor ticket and parking inventory across multiple platforms
Skills & Abilities
Excellent skills with MS Office products, specifically Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
The ability to set goals and achieve objectives in a timely and efficient manner
Strong multi-tasking with attention to detail
An outgoing personality and a professional demeanor
Technical Knowledge
Experience with Archtics/Ticketmaster Products (TMOne, Presence, EMT, Account Manager Tools, Pricemaster)
Familiarity with SalesForce, Account Manager, and iOMedia
Prior experience using Pricemaster preferred
Experience & Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, a related field or commensurate work experience

The Company is a professional, fast paced, creative business environment. Other environment conditions:
Extended evening, weekend work hours sometimes required; required to work all home games; may have to work occasional holidays; some road game travel may be required
Stressful and demanding work environment in executing work on short deadlines
Computer and desk work are a significant part of daily activities
Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of time
Rarely is lifting more than 20 pounds required
