Core Functions:

  • Responsible for the conceptualization and development of engaging animation and graphics for the team’s marketing platforms, including but not limited to e-mail, digital and social media, and gameday production

  • Actively push the Buccaneers brand and its perspective through environmental design, digital design and motion design

  • Concept, design and production of deliverables that adhere to our style guide

  • Work with Project Coordinator to set and meet deadlines

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure brand consistency across all brand platforms

  • This position requires work that is original and creative in character

  • All other duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities:

  • The ability to create in real-time, while managing multiple projects is imperative to success

  • Strong Multi-tasking with attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts is preferred

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience designing for a brand, agency or sports and entertainment

  • Experience designing for high-end/premium brands

  • Organization with strong attention to detail and ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects

  • Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is preferred

Work Environment:

The Company is a professional, fast paced, creative business environment. Other environment conditions:

  • Extended evening, weekend work hours sometimes required, primarily during the NFL season, training camp and NFL draft; required to work all home and away games; may have to work occasional holidays

  • Stressful and demanding work environment in executing work on short deadlines

  • Computer and desk work a significant part of daily activities

  • Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of time

  • Rarely is lifting more than 20 pounds required
