Job Summary

The Owner Concierge Services will provide exceptional customer service to The Tampa Bay Buccaneers ownership focusing on travel, dining, hosting guests, and entertainment. A highly detailed, meticulous, hardworking, and service-minded nature is required to succeed.

Core Concierge Functions:

  • Manage all invitations, communication, and credentials for guests attending all home and away games

  • Manage domestic and international travel schedules; coordinate airline, hotel, car service, and dining accommodations; suggest and organize entertainment for adults and children

  • Prepare detailed itinerary materials and information packets

Core Weekend Functions During NFL Season:

Home Game Weekends

  • Facilitate, coordinate and service all activities of the ownership group and their guests throughout the weekend as needed.

  • Host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers owner’s suite.

Away Game Weekends

  • Travel to all Buccaneers away games to facilitate and coordinate all ownership activities and requirements during the weekend and on gameday.

Skills & Abilities and Experience

  • Passion for consistently delivering an exceptional white-glove level of service to executives, their family members, and guests

  • Must know about all travel-related websites, and the ability to source and compare multiple options to result in the most cost-efficient choice for hotels, airfare, and all other travel-related necessities

  • The ability to learn quickly, work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

  • Excellent research skills, able to find requested items quickly and efficiently, compelled to go above and beyond, exceeding expectations in providing those findings

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience

  • Previous high-net-worth Concierge experience

Work Environment

The Company is a professional, fast paced, creative business environment. Other environment conditions:

  • Extended evening, weekend work hours sometimes required; required to work all home and away games; may have to work occasional holidays

  • Requires frequent travel primarily during the football season, August to February

  • Stressful and demanding work environment in executing highly detailed work on short deadlines

  • Computer and desk work a significant part of daily activities

  • Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended periods of time

  • Rarely is lifting more than 20 pounds required

  • Job duties require the employee to drive personal vehicle
