Job Title: Ticket Sales and GMR Coordinator Department: Ticket Sales

Reports To: Chief Ticketing Officer Exempt

Core Functions:

  • Support day-to-day Sales and GMR Department operations by updating all databases to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance, contract tracking and fulfillment, disperse incoming queue call voicemails and website inquiries, and coordinate internal and external meetings with CTO as needed

  • Work with ticket sales and Guest Member Relations strategy team as needed on all department wide projects. Aid in answering incoming calls for CTO as well as front desk as needed

  • Oversee fulfillment and logistics of all Hall of Fame Club Suites

    • Coordinate all efforts of ticket sales and GMR events, including proposals, logistics, staffing, attendance, purchasing, communication, and business planning.

    • Assist accounting with budgets, commissions and bonuses for ticket sales staff

    • Coordinate all aspects of game day for ticket sales and GMR departments, including creating schedules, credential requests, and Game Recap reporting

    • Employee is responsible for management policies or general business operations of Tampa Bay Buccaneers or customers under the supervision of the CTO

    • Employee is expected to have the training, experience and knowledge to perform the responsibilities of this position with general supervision only

    • Employee is expected to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment

Skills & Abilities

  • The ability to set goals and achieve objectives in a timely and efficient manner

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

  • Strong multi-tasking with attention to detail

Experience & Education

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate work experience

Technical Knowledge

  • Working knowledge of Archtics ticketing system, Salesforce CRM and Trello (project management)

  • Strong skillset in Excel and PowerPoint

Work Environment

The Company is a professional, fast paced, creative business environment. Other environmental conditions:

  • Extended evening, weekend work hours sometimes required. Required to work all home and some away games; may have to work occasional holidays

  • Stressful and demanding work environment in executing work on short deadlines

  • Computer and desk work a significant part of daily activities

  • Sitting, standing, working with hands for extended period s of time

  • Rarely is lifting more than 20 pounds required

  • Job duties require employee to drive personal vehicle for business purposes
