The St. Louis Cardinals are seeking candidates for the Family Pavilion Host position. This position will assist and provide excellent customer service to Family Pavilion patrons, maintain and safely operate the various games and attractions in the area, process timely and efficient transactions, and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable venue for customers' entertainment. Family Pavilion is regarded as the "Family Fun Center," and this position is ideal for high energy individuals who love being around young children. This fun-filled position starts at $14.50 /hr. and includes great perks!

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Greet Customers, assist them with their needs at the venue, answer questions and provide a safe, secure environment for the guest to enjoy

  • Monitor the area and equipment to protect against damage

  • Process transaction through the POS system

  • Consistently clean and straighten the area and its games and attractions to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable venue to enhance customers' experience

  • Maintain and operate all games and attractions to provide an enjoyable experience for the fans

Education and Experience Required:

  • High School education or equivalent

  • Some general work experience

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Good communication skills (Verbal and Written)

  • Good Organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to lift and/or carry at least 10 lbs consistently

  • Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • 1-2+ years of customer service experience

  • 1-2 + years of work experience in an entertainment venue

  • Virtual Reality gaming experience.

  • Some college education in a business or sports related field

  • Previous cashier experience

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)

  • Excellent organizational skills
