We have an exciting opportunity to join Southampton Football Club’s business club at the beginning of its journey and play a key role in its launch. This role will support the Business Club model delivered through excellent customer relationship management, throughout all levels within the Company.

You will play a pivotal role within SFC Business Club managing activations of accounts, backend systems and supporting the day-to-day functionality to ensure the highest quality experience for all members

This is an outward facing role and as such should uphold the values and professionalism of Southampton Football Club at all times.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Support delivery of the SFC Business Club model in order to deliver the EBITDA targets year on year.

  • Driving secondary spend from clients within the Business Club as well as developing new leads and driving new business towards the business club.

  • Develop strong internal relationships with all departments to ensure the Regional B2B strategy is full integrated into relevant departments.

  • Work closely with the Partnership Management team to deliver the B2B partnership assets and develop new opportunities to commercialize. Whilst also supporting with regional partnership activations.

  • Produce reports on a monthly basis to indicate the engagement across the Business Club and share across departments in order to increase revenue across the entire club.

  • Be the point of contact for members to support with any queries they may have throughout their membership with the club.

Is this you?

You’ll have a clear understanding of the regional marketplace, and confidence in managing key accounts, supporting high level executives and potential partners at this level. You’ll have sound business acumen and high levels of professionalism.

Person Specification:

  • 2-3 years customer service experience within a customer facing environment.

  • Experience with organising events from concept to delivery.

  • A self-starter that can utilise your own initiative to maximise results.

  • Adaptable approach to different cultures and business environments.

  • Ability to sell the value of the Club, not just the inventory.

  • Good listener, understanding what the client wants.

  • Be innovative and not afraid to share ideas.
