In order to strengthen our engineering team we are looking to hire a Senior Software Project Leader, based in Maranello (Italy). In this position you will be responsable for managing the Software developments of Vehicle application for Ferrari GT and Sport Cars.
You will be responsible of managing the Software development plan and budget for the embedded software of the vehicle components, coordinating the software development activities with all the other departments of R&D and the relationship with our software suppliers. Improving and following the Software development process for components and vehicle integration for best in class quality software. You will anticipate the constrains for SW production and maintenance after start of production.
Required profile In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Software computing Engineering or equivalent qualification. And you will have gained at least 10 years’ dedicated experience in software development and strong software technology background.
In this role, knowledge and experience on Project Management, Agile working and Lean Methodologies are a clear advantage.

Since you will interact with foreign countries, fluent English (written and spoken) is a must-have, and Italian language skills are an advantage. The role is based in Maranello (Italy) and travel to international locations may be required at times.
