In this position, you will support and improve the manufacturing processes and the technological cycle working for reference technological area, interfacing with various business entities such as R&D and external suppliers. You will cooperate in the assessment of working phases, suggesting unconventional solutions to use machines in a different way and optimizing the process. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to support the production analysis and management.
Required profile: You will ideally be recent graduate or Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Mechanical, Materials, Vehicle or Industrial Engineering. You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects that allow you to understand the business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.

You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team. The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). Fluent English is required.
