The San Francisco Giants Ballpark Operations team is looking for a personable and reliable world class Warehouse Operations Manager.

You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because you will…

  • Day-to-day management of deliveries and work with internal and external departments. Monitoring of the red zone and vehicles unloading / loading.

  • Manage deliveries and delivery areas to meet the operational and business needs of venue stakeholders.

  • Monitor all activities of delivery locations and safe unloading of freight traffic, safety of personnel and contractors, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and venue policies and procedures.

  • Liaise with operations, security, and other venue management personnel to troubleshoot logistics, scheduling, and other efficiency, compliance, and/or safety issues.

  • Implement and utilize technology to monitor / screen deliveries. Coordinate with K-9 to screen deliveries.

  • Liaise with operations, security, and other venue personnel and contractors to review daily venue delivery schedules (per venue and BSOP requirements); manage delivery schedules and venue traffic, including venue contractors and partner traffic; and manage unexpected, emergency, and other rush delivery, vehicle, and other “back of house” operations by coordinating with appropriate venue personnel and contractors, as needed.

  • Interact with venue personnel and contractors receiving deliveries, delivery drivers and operators, and others to ensure consistent implementation of scheduling, access control, screening, and safety standards.

  • Work with operations, security, and other venue management personnel to develop new procedures and protocols, as needed, communicate with internal stakeholders, and train and supervise assigned personnel.

  • Utilize technology to maintain delivery, access, and related records.


  • Logistics, venue management, and/or warehouse management.

  • Experience or training on conducting vehicle, package, and/or person screenings; using x-rays and other security technologies; using venue management/delivery management software.

  • Ability to think on feet; trouble shoot problems; liaise with individuals across large organization.
