The Ticket Services team creates, develops, and maintains high standards of customer care, enhancing the fan experience through product knowledge and job expertise while maximizing Gold Glove customer service. About the Role:

The San Francisco Giants are looking for a seasonal Ticket Sellers to join the Ticket Services team, where you will have the unique opportunity to sell tickets on the day of the game or additional events and be the first point of contact with our fans. You’ll work closely with the Giants Ticketing departments and others to enhance the fan experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to provide customer service and a strong attention to detail. This role reports to Sr. Manager of Ticket Operations & Accounting and manages a team of coordinators and day of game ticket sellers. This position will be located in our beautiful ballpark headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco.

  • Be an ambassador of the San Francisco Giants Organization

  • Sell individual game tickets for future and day-of-game events using Tickets.com Provenue ticketing system

  • Responsible for balancing cash drawer before and after each shift and accurate handling of cash and credit card transactions

  • Provide excellent customer service to all fans with ticketing issues, pricing and seating questions

  • Assist supervisor with box office tasks and assignments

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and passion for customer service

  • Working knowledge of Tickets.com Provenue ticketing system preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with processing and verifying credit card purchases, handling cash transactions and other forms of payment from customers

  • Proven ability to count and balance cash drawer with accuracy

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of organization

  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information

  • Flexible work schedule - Must be able to work flexible hours, such as weekday afternoons, nights, and weekends

  • Comfortable with technology such as computers, smartphones or tablets, radios, etc
