About the Role:

The San Francisco Giants are looking for a day of game seasonal Ticket Operations Assistant, where you will have the unique opportunity to assist box office services on Giants game days and other non-baseball events. Your day-to-day will include supporting the box office with operational and account functions, while providing superior internal and external customer service. You’ll work closely with the Giants Ballpark Operations, Marketing, Partnerships, Community Relations, and others to enhance our day of game experience. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Ticket Operations and Services and works closely with the Ticket Operations Coordinator. This position will be located in our beautiful ballpark headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco.

  • You will provide day of game box office operations for the San Francisco Giants, including non-baseball events such as concerts, football games, soccer matches, and other experiences that take place at Oracle Park or offsite venues with whom the Giants may partner with for ticketing activities.

  • You will provide excellent customer service skills by responding to customer needs and effectively resolve queries and problems

  • You will process ticket sales in the box office, handle cash and credit payment transactions, and assist with box office operations

  • You will partner in the reconciliation process of the box office vault, count and verify the opening and closing numbers in accordance with box office policies

  • You will assist in other operational duties as assigned
