We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Graphic Design & Brand Manager with a background in visual storytelling and branding building. The individual in this role will assist with the development and production of all club branded materials. The ideal candidate will be imaginative in thinking, collaborative in process, and innovative in approach while producing assets across all Club touch points. The candidate will work within the larger Marketing group to engage both existing and prospective fans with the goal of driving fandom and delivering on business objectives.

  • Contribute to the marketing team’s overall strategy and success in both team and cross-department meetings.

  • Lead planning and creation for all design initiatives, including marketing materials, advertising campaigns, digital and social, in-stadium signage, corporate partnership assets, ticketing, and merchandise, among others.

  • Assist with actively managing the Club’s brand in all design applications and development of additional campaign marks and creative concepts.

  • Manage a variety of design projects from creative brief to finished output.

  • Assist with the development and buildout of assets for advertising and marketing campaigns.

  • Create visual identities for Club campaigns, events, and programs.

  • Maintain brand integrity across all Club touch points.

  • Provide art direction for contracted designers, photographers, agencies, and vendors.

  • Prepare images for digital and print through color correction and photo retouching.

  • Create real-time graphics for coverage on match days.

  • Creatively help solve business problems for a variety of stakeholders.

  • Adapt quickly as business needs evolve.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. graphic design).

  • 2+ years of progressive experience for a professional/collegiate sports property.

  • Proven ability to interact and brainstorm concepts within a team setting.

  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

  • Portfolio must demonstrate a good eye for composition, creativity, and color usage.

  • Experience in art direction including an ability to provide succinct creative feedback.

  • Demonstrated experience in print design with layout for sales and marketing collateral.

  • Demonstrated experience in web design with layout for email, web, and social media.

  • Applied knowledge of the print production processes.

  • Excellent attention to detail with solid writing and proofing skills.

  • Strong typography skills.

  • Organized with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

  • Creative problem-solving ability.

  • Working knowledge of soccer and familiarity with the National Women’s Soccer League.

  • Exceptional at building relationships both internally and externally.

  • Professional, positive, and proactive.

  • Passion for the success of Women’s Professional Sports.

  • Available to work game day and other events often outside of traditional business hours.


  • Experience creating motion graphics, specifically in Adobe After Effects or Photoshop.

  • Solid understanding of responsive web development and device limitations.

  • Ability to convert Photoshop/Illustrator designs to HTML/CSS.

  • Solid understanding of practical benefits and limitations of Internet technologies (Javascript, CSS, video, etc.).

  • Experience working within a responsive web environment and how to create a fluid design across breakpoints.

  • Copywriting experience.

  • Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
