We are looking for User Research Coordinator to join our family!
This position is responsible for creating and leading analysis and research across all of SS&E’s properties. They will apply various data sources and research tools to fulfill day-to-day research and surveying requests submitted from all properties and departments, as well as assist in usability testing, interviews and focus groups.

Field ad-hoc research requests from around the organization, working with other departments to fill one-off information requests and data management challenges.
Build and implement surveys based on internal requests, providing assistance in the construction of questionnaires as well as follow-up reporting and analysis.
Proactively implement new research initiatives to understand our customers based on long-term research plans and goals that align with the organization's key initiatives
Create clean, easy to understand visuals to optimally communicate findings and recommendations with collaborator groups.
Build and maintain research roadmap
1+ year experience in related field
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, analytics or related field.
Experience in general use surveying tool such as Survey Monkey preferred.
Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills to handle acute and confidential situations and information.
Strong good oral and written communication skills
The ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other digital literacy required.
Experience working in the Professional Sports and Entertainment industry is a plus.
Experience working with Scarbough/Neilsen’s PrimeLingo is a plus.
