We are looking for IT Application Support Specialist to join our family!
The IT Application Support Specialist is responsible for documentation, development, implementation, and optimization for all software applications within SSE (Spurs Sports & Entertainment). The eligible candidate for this position will be customer service-focused, with the ability to work independently. This candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Manage, identify, learn, and maintain life cycle of all SSE technology software applications.
Work closely with all teams across our organization to ensure overall Software Applications strategies are well communicated and documented.
Monitor and advise on Microsoft 365 Ecosystem including Cloud and SharePoint Sites
Monitor, create, manage, and maintain documentation for all SSE IT Applications
Setup, configure, solve, analyze, and all enterprise-wide software.
Collaborate with other IT Team members to maintain standards and functionality.
Manage multiple staff issues in a fast-paced organization and effectively prioritize issues based on severity.
Qualifications
Associates degree in IT Field and/or related field 5+ years of experience or relevant. (Experience can be substituted for education).
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Ecosystem (Azure, Office 365, Active Directory).
Strong knowledge of Azure
Strong knowledge of SharePoint 365
Microsoft SCCM or JAMF Administration (Plus)
Understanding of relational database (SQL), web technologies, and API development
Microsoft Certifications (Plus)
Previous Experience support Windows and Mac Environment
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Highly flexible and adaptable attitude, strong sense of urgency and responsiveness required.
Identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
Strong teamwork aptitude required.
Strong customer service skills required.
Strong professional communication skills including written and verbal the ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks.
Ability to work in a multi-task high-stress environment.
