We are looking for Courtside Service Representative to join our family!

This position will serve as point of contact during events at the AT&T Center; providing an excellent level of customer service to a high-end clientele. This person will perform game day responsibilities during all San Antonio Spurs home games in the Courtside Club. Candidate will be responsible for quality assurance checks prior to doors opening, assisting with culinary quality control, educating guests about the club amenities, timing of player viewing & photo opportunities as well as attending to each of our guests varied requests throughout the evening.

  1. Provide game night customer service support to our Spurs season ticket members. Interact with members through inbound phone calls and email communication. Provides customer service and collaborates with staff members to enhance the fan experience.

  2. Supports Courtside & Membership Services Team members with client retention initiatives, including special event execution and Spurs season ticket benefit fulfillment.

  3. Report Fan interactions, Key details to staff for an enhanced, personalized experience.

  4. Other duties as assigned.


  • Strong customer service skills, time management and organizational required.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, some holidays, and event nights. Reliable transportation required.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a team environment.

  • Have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle acute and confidential situations and information while maintaining professionalism in regards to appearance and actions.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills and can work independently and coordinate multiple tasks.
