The Fan Relations Coordinator plays a critical role in the successful execution of the Club's ticket sales and service functions. This position is directly responsible for achieving season ticket sales goals for Real Salt Lake and Real Monarchs. You will deliver excellent customer service by building relationships and exceeding fan expectations. This is an at-will, full-time benefitted position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Renews and up-sell the entire portfolio of Real Salt Lake and Real Monarchs season ticket members (STM)
Delivers a superior customer experience by building and maintaining long-lasting relationships, providing proactive service, and exceeding STM/fan expectations
Coordinates annual season ticket holder events, mailings, gifting, renewal campaigns, brochure designs, relocation events, and fence-sitter initiative
Actively assists customer service efforts that may occur during games including scanner issues, line management, seating issues, and general fan problems
De-escalates fan/customer concerns
Performs general ticketing process such as reporting, event planning and promo code generation.
Collects on outstanding balances.
Participates in all fan communication processes including but not limited to telephonically, text, email, and via Podium.
Works RSL and Monarchs box office as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of successful sales or customer service experience, with prior cold-calling experience
Must display high level of integrity, positivity, creativity, and accountability in all aspects of the job
Strong time management skills, administrative aptitude, organization, and customer service skills
High energy with the ability to remain focused while working independently
Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner, both written and verbal
Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, match nights, and outside events as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Preference will be given to candidates that have fluency in Spanish.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 25 pounds or exerting heavy force, in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing, etc.
