The Operations Manager will be responsible for matchday operations and day-to-day business operations across both the stadium and training ground.
Working hours will be 37.5 hours per week, which may include evenings, weekends, and additional hours as necessary.
As a member of the Safety Advisory Group (SAG), to assist the Head of Operations and ensure the Club have conformed with all the requirements of the Club’s safety certificate
Act as the first point of contact for first-line IT and telephony issues, and liaising with the Club’s IT consultancy for any further requirements
Responsible for managed print services and CCTV provision at both the stadium and the training ground
Management of stewarding teams, and other matchday casual staff such as turnstile/customer service teams, and ensuring teams are appropriately staffed and briefed
To manage all administration requirements for casual staff members such as new starter paperwork, ID checks, and verifications. Also responsible for collating the monthly payroll details for casual staff and liaising with the finance department to ensure all staff are paid appropriately
Responsible for all non-first team (Men’s) events held at the stadium such as Women’s/U23/U18 fixtures and any commercial bookings
Several years’ experience within sport or event operations management
Previous experience of managing casual teams or staff
Project management experience
Full and clean UK driving licence
High standard of customer service and communication skills, with experience in managing key stakeholders and working alongside senior management personnel
