Whether our guests are here to see their favorite player on the court or their favorite artist light up the stage, you contribute to making their night extraordinary. As a Ticket Seller, you play a key role in creating a seamless experience while interacting with our guests and fans attending to Trail Blazer games, concerts, and the wide variety of events that come through our campus. Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include assisting Rose Quarter guests with all event ticket purchases in our box office.
What Matters Most:
You meet our guests with a warm greeting and provide ticket assistance.
You have experience handling money and tills and can reconcile money from daily ticket sales.
You converse and answer questions in person and over the phone.
You create a hospitable and inclusive environment for guests of all abilities and backgrounds and provide assistance.
You meet the requirements of the position outlined below.
You're Qualified If:
You are at least 18 years of age.
You can understand and communicate in conversational English, including following verbal and written direction.
You possess effective social and oral communication skills.
You are available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasionally holidays, and meet our minimum availability requirement.
You demonstrate the ability to work in a team with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
You have computer proficiency and can work most of your shift sitting with 25% bending and walking.
