Whether our guests are attending a game to see their favorite player on the court or their favorite artist Illuminate the stage, as our Season Sales Account Executive, you are responsible for in meeting and exceeding significant revenue goals through face-to-face sales appointments with local businesses, selling full, half and partial season ticket plans, as well as suite licenses, rentals, and corporate group nights. This role requires a significant amount of prospecting in and out of the office.

DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Generate sales by setting appointments and engagements with 10 to 15 prospective businesses and C-suite executives per week to produce new sales revenue.

  • Utilize prospecting tools to generate 40 to 50 new business prospects per week.

  • Utilize analytics to cultivate leads, set appointments and make sales calls.

  • Responsible for achieving quarterly and yearly revenue targets.

  • Work with and manage current accounts to ensure execution of sales.

  • Works sales and corporate partnership events in the area to support development opportunities for future sales.

  • Establish relationships and work closely with Ticket Services and Ticket Operations.

  • Answer main ticketing phone line as needed.

WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience with outside sales

  • Are self-motivated and exercise independence to achieve results within company guidelines and processes.

  • Consistently achieving and sustaining sales targets.

  • Are highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Have a solution-forward mindset and critical thinker, with the ability for real-time solutions.

  • Possess expert decision-making skills and leads with confidence.

  • Prioritize workload in fast paced, multi-tasking environment.

  • Are proficient in database applications such as ZoomInfo and Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
