You can become a part of the team behind the team as our Retail Digital Content Coordinator and play a key role in carrying out all retail paid media efforts across SEM, Social, Video and Display.

Day-to-day:

  • Build cross-departmental process and collaboration for digital campaign conceptualization, creation, optimization and reporting.

  • Coordinate targeted weekly e-mail campaigns promoting new products, collaborations, promotions and special sales.

  • Summarizing daily, weekly and quarterly metrics to supervise campaign efficiency, including addressing senior management.

  • Handle audiences for retail cultivating across digital marketing channels

  • Craft native social strategy for retail campaigns and product launches.

  • Identify growth opportunities within new verticals and across new markets by proactively learning within the digital marketing space

  • Monitor digital marketing efforts to identify sentiment, customer service issues, and collect positive reviews

  • Assist in targeted influencer campaigns and creative concepting.

  • Collaborate with retail marketing team to build cohesive content calendar.

  • Work in collaboration with Ecommerce Retail Manager

We’d like to hear from you if you:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 1 year experience of related work.

  • Strong ability to build, implement paid digital campaigns across all digital channels and platforms while working on a variety of projects.

  • Have a passion for and understanding of digital and social media channels and trends

  • Shown initiative to report findings and recommendations proactively to supervisor.

  • Manage marketing budget and optimize spend to get results

  • Comprehensive understanding of how to use database segmentation in marketing and retargeting strategies

  • You have a keen attention to detail and dedicated to effective communication and follow through.
