Our Group Experience Intern will:

  • Support the planning and coordination of group sales related events and promotions.

  • Facilitate client fan experience and events on game days.

  • Learn and work within ticketing systems and databases to assist with customer purchase fulfillment, inquiries, data integrity, and research.

  • Respond to client phone calls, emails, and have face-to-face interactions that align with our brand.

  • Research group ticket prospects and new business using innovative, varying methods.

  • Provide general support to the revenue team and organization as needed.

We’d like to hear from you if you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age.

  • Are in the process of or have recently acquired a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related degree with transferable skills.

  • Have customer service, sales, and/or marketing experience, preferred.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work optimally as a team with people of a diverse set of backgrounds and abilities.

  • Can prioritize, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and stay organized with an attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain a high-level of confidentiality and exercise discretion when working with sensitive or proprietary information.

  • Are available to work an average of 27 hours a week with a fluctuating schedule of office hours and game night/evening responsibilities from October through April.
