Job Summary

Intern will assist the Corporate Partnerships Activation team with the execution of corporate partnership agreements including (but not limited to) game-day activities, sponsor field days, client events and partnership recaps.

Responsibilities

  • Game-day sponsorship activations; including display setup, promotional item distribution, pregame on-field ceremonies and photographing events/signage.

  • Assist with sponsorship field days; including data entry, inventory and event setup/tear down.

  • Assist with client entertainment events; including managing RSVP’s/event registration table.

  • Assist with creating seasonal partnership recaps (compile reports, take/sort/edit photos, etc).

  • Under the direction of a member of the Sponsorship team, assist with the management of select partner accounts.

  • Day-to-day office duties, including but not limited to mailings, data entry, sorting files, etc.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Required:

  • Enrolled in a degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university at a Junior, Senior or Graduate level.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to lift/transport heavy items and stand/walk for extended periods of time.

Desired:

  • Previous experience in a sports industry (marketing or partnerships preferred).

  • Photography experience with DSLR or point and shoot camera.

  • Excellent verbal/written skills.
