Using these pillars as a guide, the Diversity and Impact team works collaboratively with all verticals within HBSE. The team is responsible for ensuring that HBSE is both instilling DEI within the company (e.g., culture, staff composition, etc.) and leveraging its business operations to have an impact on the communities within which we live, work, and play.


The Diversity and Impact Manager will be responsible for working with business teams across HBSE, with an emphasis on the Devils and Prudential Center, to identify business priorities supporting HBSE’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and working collaboratively with those teams to develop and execute a strategy to pursue and execute those priorities.

This role will be integral to HBSE’s ability to effectively meet its goals of promoting diversity, equity and inclusion both within the company among staff and within the communities that our teams live, work, and play. The Manager will be the primary point of contact and resource for Prudential Center and New Jersey Devils business teams, including Marketing, Partnership Activations, Sponsorships, Community, and Ticket Sales – creating opportunities to lead, contribute and be exposed to work across HBSE.


  • Establish strong working relationships with business leaders across to manage
  • Work collaboratively with individual teams to establish and pursue goals that advance HBSE business priorities and promote values of diversity equity and inclusion, this could include:
  • Developing new platforms for corporate partners
  • Creating strategies for revenue generating opportunities that also advance diversity, equity and inclusion goals
  • Ensuring that HBSE brands are inclusive of different cultures and identities
  • Growing and expanding customer and fan base
  • Managing processes to ensure HBSE works with likeminded partners that value diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Building relationships with community and civic organizations and stakeholders
  • Support efforts around staff and employee programming
  • Actively engage in all aspects of the Diversity and Impact team’s work
  • Serve as an ambassador, internally and externally, for HBSE and the work of the Diversity and Impact team
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and expand upon the Diversity and Impact team’s goal of leveraging HBSE’s business operations to promote diversity, equity and inclusion both within the organization and within our communities

  • Travel Requirements: Ability to work events and games which require nights and weekends
