The Integrated Marketing Manager will oversee strategy and execution of all media campaigns for OrlandoCity, Orlando Pride, and Exploria Stadium. This position will develop and foster strategic external relationshipswhile collaborating with multiple internal departments to build integrated campaigns that drive fandom,awareness, engagement, and revenue. The Integrated Marketing Manager will control a marketing budgetand work with our Strategy & Analytics team to report analytics on ticket sales, email metrics, merchandisesales, and fan engagement development. In addition, this position will be responsible for non-paidmarketing efforts including, but not limited to, media trade agreements, influencer marketing and leadgeneration efforts. The position is based out of Exploria Stadium.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build integrated marketing strategy in support of the club’s sales initiatives to drive fan acquisition,retention, and engagement across platforms including paid, earned, and owned media.
Manage external agency relationship to plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, OTT, social media, anddisplay advertising campaigns.
Develop and nurture relationships with traditional and non-traditional media partners to negotiatead buys, develop strategic campaigns, place media and fulfill trade assets.
Collaborate with internal Strategy & Analytics department to analyze customer database, createmore targeted and relevant interactions with fans based on consumer segmentation, anddeveloping personalized fan journeys.
Closely track and report overall campaign performance, while devising strategic recommendationsregarding how to improve levels of engagement and conversion.
Work with partner agency and other internal departments to build reporting framework for ticketsales and merchandise conversions to evaluate and maximize ROI/ROAS on various channels.
Lead Influencer Marketing program by discovering, managing, and nurturing relationships with localand national digital influencers to increase brand awareness.
Manage deployment, tracking, and fulfillment of lead-generating digital promotions andsweepstakes.
Direct supervision of Email Marketing Coordinator creating alignment with marketing initiatives,ensuring proper execution of the outgoing email marketing calendar, and incorporating email resultmetrics into overall reporting framework.
Work closely with internal creative team in building briefs, managing timelines, trafficking, andensuring the QA process.
Foster collaboration with the Brand Alliance team on integration of corporate partners intomarketing, advertising, and promotional initiatives.
Work in partnership with Marketing & Fan Engagement Managers to create processes that maximizegrassroots marketing opportunities for fan growth and lead generation.
Accountable for creation and oversight of the media budget, as well as projecting and forecastingexpenditures, and manage all invoice processing associated with these activities.
Use data and experimentation to unlock new fan growth opportunities.
Perform continual research on evolving trends and new technology in the marketing space.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with extensive knowledge of marketing, media buying, promotions, digital media, social media, and the creative process.
Exceptional analytical and creative abilities; looking to push the envelope and develop and implement fresh ideas.
Strong time-management, organization and leadership skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasksin a fast-paced professional environment, work under fluid deadlines and complete tasks in a timelyand efficient manner.
Ability to evaluate data, determine trends, find opportunities and make recommendations.
Ability to analyze and prepare a budget and project/forecast marketing program costs based on industry and historical data.
Experience working within a CRM platform creating reports, dashboards, and connections with email marketing client, with proficiency In Salesforce preferred.
Copywriting experience and/or superior written communication skills.
Basic graphic design experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred.
Familiarity with marketing trends and technology, sports and popular culture.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic a must. Must have a “team-first” mentality with an eagerness to learn.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
