Are you a hardworking, positive, and passionate individual who wish to gain experience facilitating key tasks associated with the operation of a professional soccer and special events venue? In this position you will have a direct role in assisting with venue operations, parking operations, sustainability, and the facilities operations department internship program.


  • Assist in the execution of all gameday and non-gameday event set-up and post-event breakdown.

  • Manage stadium asset inventory including chairs, tables, stanchions, and all stadium seating parts.

  • Perform basic maintenance on stadium equipment.

  • Provide excellent customer service to all clients.

  • Assist in organizing and inspecting all stadium storage areas.

  • Assist in coordinating facility and client deliveries.

  • Assist with all sustainability program efforts.

  • Perform weekly stadium inspections.

  • Assist in coordinating third party vendor activities, including acting as facility representative.

  • General administrative duties such as data entry, filing, responding to event inquiry emails, etc.

  • Assist with both Sylvan Lakes & Osceola Heritage Park Training facilities when necessary

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Event management experience preferred.

  • Ability to professionally and confidently interact with members at all levels of the organization.

  • Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) suite of products.

  • Possess strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings, within a team atmosphere.

  • Must be able to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds.

  • This position requires work inside and outside of the building and some exposure to adverse conditions.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
