About OL Reign OL Reign was established in 2012 as a founding member of the National Women’s Soccer League. The twelve-team NWSL is widely considered to be the most competitive women’s professional soccer league in the world. Over its first ten seasons, OL Reign captured three times the NWSL Shield while making six appearances in the NWSL postseason. Overview of Role
The Operations Assistant will support with training sessions equipment needs, laundry, daily tasks while the team travels, and office management. Daily job duties include setup/teardown of Spiideo camara for training sessions, laundry operations, daily operations when first team is traveling, corporate office management. This job is part time, and the person will report to the Equipment Manager and Team Administrator.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma, ideally sports management student/graduated or equivalent.
Interest in working and creating a career in sports.
Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
The ability to work well within a group environment.
The ability to multi-task and complete multiple jobs at once.
Must be able to lift/move equipment to 50 lbs.
Knowledgeable about women’s soccer.
Be able to work during the weekends.
Detailed Responsibilities
Available to players and coaching staff before, during and after training sessions to assist with needs
Responsible for Spiideo camera at training sessions
Communicate with video analyst to trouble shoot if Spiideo camera doesn’t work.
Daily laundry operations for training and game apparel
Support Equipment Manager with laundry needs
Support operations coordinators with operational needs while the team is traveling
Assist with office management
Make sure supplies are in the office and keep inventory of it
Assist and support daily operations of the First Team

Compensation
In accordance with the Washington State Equal Pay and Opportunity Act, the expected rate for this position starts at $17.57 an hour
This role is non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay
