We are looking for methodical, organised and hard-working kitchen porters to join the Catering team at Norwich City Football Club on either a full or part time basis.

Other key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Washing up kitchen crockery and chef items as required, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness within the 11 kitchens to help maintain the Club’s exemplary food hygiene rating
Working on matchdays as a key member of the team in one of our fantastic kitchens
Training, assisting and supervising casual kitchen porters, leading by example
Undertaking necessary equipment maintenance, including the cleaning of fryers and ovens, monitoring of chemical stock levels and dispensers, refilling of salt machines, and ensuring dishwashers are in working order
Collecting crockery and equipment as required for a variety of our functions and buffets
Assisting with basic food preparation as set by the Sous or Head Chef
Covering for the Kitchen Storeman when they are absent, receiving deliveries and completing food hygiene documentation as required
The position will involve working weekends, evenings and some bank holidays, so applicants must be able to work some unsociable hours depending on the needs of the business.
