The Supporter Services Coordinator is a critical role for the Club focussing on delivering an excellent supporter experience both on matchday and non-matchdays. Our incredible supporters are at the heart of the Club and you will embed excellent customer services across the club and robust process for dealing with supporter feedback, enquiries and complaints.

Working with the Head of Supporter Services you will help to deliver the Fan Engagement Strategy to improve the experience of NUFC supporters and strengthen relationships with designated supporter groups.

You will have significant experience in a similar position and a proven track record of delivering a brilliant customer experience. You will be passionate about developing excellent relationships with our supporters and at as a role model for the Club.

You will have strong communication and engagement skills and be comfortable building relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders from across our community, ensuring they play an important role in this exciting time for the Club.

A proven track record in a similar role essential, as is a formal customer service qualification or equivalent experience. Knowledge of Zendesk or Freshdesk customer service software would be highly desirable.
