Summary

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:

• Preparing and serving guests food and drinks in line with service standards.

• Cash handling, and settling bills through a variety of payment methods.

• Maintaining a clean workspace and replenishing and rotating food items as required.

• Following correct protocols and procedures including refusal of service, food allergens, and food safety.
