Job Description:

  • Hosting group & private events at NBT Bank Stadium by checking tickets of guests to ensure they are a part of the right group/party during Syracuse Mets Home games & extra events

  • Providing wristbands to guests as a part of crowd management in parties

  • Work along-side catering staff to ensure only party guests are consuming food/beverages

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests at NBT Bank Stadium

    • Answer questions to the best of your ability or help find the answer

    • Provide directions to different locations around NBT Bank Stadium

    • Provide assistance for any other need that may arise

  • Assist in all other duties as needed

The Syracuse Mets are looking for seasonal hourly staff members for various roles around the ballpark to deliver smiles and great gameday experiences to our guests. Ideal candidates have a flexible schedule for nights, weekends and holidays during the baseball season, and will attend guest service training in mid-March in preparation of the upcoming season.
