The Corporate Partnerships Department of the New York Mets is seeking a highly talented and motivated Designer with the natural skill of maintaining optimal workflow. The position will be responsible for creatively crafting a high volume of innovative graphics and presentations ranging from new business proposals, activation recaps, program logos, event invitations, campaign style-guides and everything in between. In addition, this designer will be responsible for regulating the workflow of the team and creative requests to assure all projects are completed in timely fashion. The Designer will contribute to the success of the entire corporate partnership creative process, while communicating the Mets business objectives and brand messaging in timely fashion. This position is eligible for overtime.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creatively pushing and innovating the design & art direction of the Mets brand through the corporate partner lens.

  • Staying on top of the team’s project workflow to assure deadlines are met.

  • Create graphics for numerous mediums including PowerPoint presentations, signage, invitations, merchandise, etc.

  • Reporting to and taking direction from the Manager, of Partner Solutions.


  • Strong artistic vision and creative abilities that demonstrate an awareness of high pedigree design.

  • Ability to think unconventionally and conceptually about the brand across all mediums.

  • Exceptional presentation and PowerPoint skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively collaborate.

  • Action-oriented individual who is able to prioritize, plan, make decisions.

  • BFA in Graphic Design and/or having finished a Creative Advertising/Art Direction program.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).

  • Experience as graphic designer/art director at either a design studio, ad agency, sports or entertainment company is a plus.

Salary Range:

$20,000.00 - $55,000.00
