SUMMARY:
The New York Liberty are seeking a Senior Manager, Ticket Sales & Service responsible for managing and driving the sale of traditional ticket sales verticals, including season memberships, partial season plans, and group tickets, while developing the NY Liberty ticket sales team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Lead day-to-day oversight of NY Liberty Ticket Sales & Service team.
Alongside Senior Director, establish and maintain best practices for measurement of campaign performance, sales pipeline management and opportunity touchpoint process.
Monitor team members daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and activity.
Facilitate regularly scheduled trainings and weekly 1:1 meeting with each team member.
Assist in the developing of sales and marketing strategies for ticket packages, group theme nights, and sales contests/campaigns.
Collaborate with ticket sales leadership team to ensure excellence across the organization.
Provide highest level of customer service to all fans.
Work New York Liberty games and other internal/external events as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE:
Adaptability and flexibility, manages competing demands and can handle frequent changes.
Excellent written and verbal communicator, both internal and external of the organization.
Able to work cross departmentally, while maintaining priority of Liberty ticket sales department.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
At least 2 years of experience working in sports sales and at least 1 year of leadership experience.
Demonstrated track record of successfully achieving revenue targets.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs, Excel, PowerPoint.
Previous experience with a ticketing and CRM systems a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required.
SALARY RANGE
$75,000 - $85,000
