Our ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Ticket Sales, Service and Operations teams through the sales process and renewal process.
Responsibilities
Assist with gameday issues including will call, scanning issues, outstanding balances, and mobile ticketing issues as well as servicing emails and text messages.
Support all STH events; manage RSVP’s, send confirmations, coordinate check-in, and help facilitate overall event.
Assist Ticket Sales with processing orders, payments, printing and mailing of tickets.
Monitor inbound email activity as well as text messages.
Manage inventory of all autographed memorabilia for Ticket Sales Department
Assist in season ticket holder game day initiatives, including prospecting events, pre/post game experiences and fan engagement platforms.
Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
Exceptional organizational skills
Proven ability to multitask with multiple teams.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Preferred experience in Archtics ticketing system.
Preferred experience navigating a CRM database.
Preferred experience outbound cold calling.
Must possess problem solving and decision-making skills.
Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends & holidays.
