Do you have an interest in being part of a ticket sales and service team with two of the most exciting teams in the NBA and NFL? We are looking for people who want to get an opportunity to use their skills and join our Ticket Operations team at the New Orleans Pelicans and Saints. The ticket operations associate is responsible for providing support to all facets of the Ticket Operations Department of the New Orleans Pelicans and New Orleans Saints, including but not limited to the processing of sales ticket orders and requests as well as maintaining accounts. The Ticket Operations Associate also assists with all aspects of Box Office Management on game days.
Specific duties include,but are not limited to:
Oversees the processing and delivery methods of all plan ticket orders and requests
Assists with the maintenance all accounts with regards to accounts’ financial details, seat relocations, seat/ticketupgrade requests, and the editing of account information based upon approvedpolicies and procedures
Assists with the daily financial reportingtotheFinancialdepartment,including delivery of account payments
Assists in all areas of ticket operations and reporting on game days
Assists with managing of single game and season plan inventory
Responsible for game day communication between Pelicans and Saints Ticket Operations’ andallboxofficestaff
Possess a knowledge of the events in other departments in order to answer customer questions or direct them to the proper staff member
Assists in the overall operation ofthe Pelicans and Saints Will Call windowson all Pelicans and Saints game days
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a strong teamwork mentality and truly enjoy helping others be successful
Must be self-motivated, organized and be able to solve problems in real-time
Must be comfortable in a faced paced environment and respond well to changes in direction
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
