The primary responsibility of the Pantry Expeditor will be communicating between and among the various cooking areas to ensure coordination and a smooth flow of quality products being produced and assembled so that severs may deliver consistent high quality meal orders to our guests in a timely manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Garnish cooked food items with appropriate garnishes

  • Communicate with Executive Chef on all problems, complaints and discrepancies

  • Maintain a positive attitude and relationship with all employees and guest

  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a high volume/ high quality operation preferred

  • Knowledge of food service and table standards preferred

  • Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance

  • Effective communication skills, oral and written

  • Organized and attentive to detail

  • Ability to deal well with change and handle multiple tasks effectively

  • Flexible to adapt and sensibly respond to the situation at hand

  • Ability to work as a team member in a diverse environment

  • Ability to work nights, weekends and Holidays

  • Present and maintain a positive attitude at all times

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
