SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly motivated individual capable of managing the clubs daily equipment duties. He or she will work very closely with the Soccer Operations department, players and coaches and other various team staff in their daily activities. This position entails a great deal of organization and attentiveness to detail considering the vast scope of the position along with strong communication and time management skills.


  1. Coordinate with Second team staff to maximize the Adidas Schedule C ordering process.

  2. Inventory and store all equipment (Adidas inventory, field equipment, etc.).

  3. Distribute apparel and equipment to players and staff.

  4. Responsible for the correct numeration, branding and logos on all training and game apparel.

  5. Launder training apparel for players and staff, and set up the daily locker room for team training usage.

  6. Launder and hang staff gear in the appropriate locker rooms.

  7. Pack any/all apparel and equipment necessary for road games.

  8. Travel on all road trips to set up game locker rooms, launder training/game apparel when necessary, and provide support to coaching/athletic training staff.

  9. Maintain all field equipment and repair/replace as necessary.

  10. Assist team coaching staff/athletic training staff with daily training logistics, including placement of goals, field equipment, hydration + medical equipment, etc.

  11. Work with the First Team and Academy Equipment Managers to minimize overlap of inventory.

  12. Special projects and assignments as business dictates.


  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities


  • Must be well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and have a sense of accountability

  • Must be able to travel and work nights/weekends as needed

  • Knowledge and passion of the sport of soccer is preferred

  • The successful candidate would be personable, dependable, trustworthy and possess strong interpersonal skills

  • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
