SUMMARY: The Pantry Supervisor is the key liaison for Suite Attendants to place Food and Beverage orders. They ensure orders are placed promptly and correctly in order to facilitate customer service excellence to our Suite clientele.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Field phone calls from suite attendants and enter orders into the Quest

  • Record and process payment information

  • Coordinate with fellow departments to resolve issues

  • Generate invoices

  • Perform any other duties assigned

Call Center closing duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Separate and Organize paperwork from the event:

  • All Game Day Orders should be sent to pantries

  • Neatly put away Binders and all other supplies.

  • Clean all service areas, countertops, tables and seats.

  • Properly Shut Down Computers.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and verbal

  • Ability to work as a team member in a diverse environment

  • Ability to fully commit to all home football games and other full stadium events

  • Previous experience in an Food and Beverage environment or Call Center preferred

  • Flexible schedule; nights, weekends and holidays may be required

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
