Prep cook for hot and cold foods in several stadium locations. May involve cooking in public and interacting with clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare menu items from posted production lists

  • Cook and present menu items to specification

  • Adhere to food safety procedures and maintain organized work area

  • Work club concession stands as needed

  • Some roles may require strict confidentiality

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year of upscale food production in high volume catering operation or restaurant

  • Culinary degree or certification preferred

  • Basic kitchen skills: Proper knife usage, safely use kitchen equipment to process foods, some hot food preparation

  • Excellent attendance

  • Devoted learner

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
