SUMMARY

The Concessions Administrator is responsible for all administrative functions for the Concessions Department. This includes staffing, payroll, commissions, pre and post event paperwork and documentation as well as other duties assigned by the Assistant Director.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for bi weekly payroll of all hourly associates within the concessions department. This includes commission, not for profit group payments, gratuity reporting, scheduling and payroll edits.

  • Oversees Staffing Coordinator to ensure correct staffing levels are reached for each event.

  • Collaborates with HR and the Assistant Director to administer all documentation for attendance and policy infractions for all PT staff.

  • Processes all accident reports and submits to HR in a timely fashion.

  • Works with HR to follow up on injury reporting and paperwork regarding workers comp and special accommodations.

  • Communicates health inspection reports to all supervisors and not for profit groups post event.

  • Responsible for all new hire onboarding including training, alcohol and food safety.

  • Maintains schedules for all employees and groups each event.

  • Oversees and plans not for profit group recruiting efforts and maintains a steady pipeline of groups.

  • Ensure all game day paperwork is complete.

  • Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees staffing coordinator

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong Administrative Skills

  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively to large groups of people

  • Ability to work a varying schedule including nights, weekends and Holidays

  • Excellent follow through and detail oriented

  • Experience managing a large part time staff a plus

  • F&B experience helpful but not required
