OVERVIEW The Project Manager is responsible for establishing, facilitating, and maintaining workflow between SGL teams and cross-functional teams in creative studios, brand marketing, PR and Comms, and broadcast partners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Develop project plans to drive progress against goals and objectives, establishing clear next steps and owners, and resolving blocks that impede progress.

  • Day-to-day management and execution of digital assets (digital banners, home page takeover, slot virtual, video board, monthly initiative emails), video assets (TV spots, pre-roll, billboards), program copy (PA/radio scripts, native ad copy, ticker copy), as well as updating initiative websites as needed.

  • Collaborate with NHL Studios, Social team, Creative studio, and outside departments to gather creative asset specs for amplification and syndication of multicultural marketing campaigns

  • Organize and manage SGL Marketing folders

  • Participate in meetings, support in follow up communications, report on next steps


  • Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in project management for an in-house creative team or agency.

  • Has experience using Asana, Monday, MS Project, or other project management tools to develop project plans, assign tasks and report of program status

  • Proven ability to identify and manage dependencies, milestones, and end deliverables to help teams deliver content plans in a timely manner

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalen

  • Knowledge of the digital media landscape, particularly social media, and emerging technology.
