OVERVIEW
The NHL.com International Producer will be responsible for building and posting articles and video content on NHL.com's eight foreign language websites. This includes sending out content on social media platforms as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Building articles in content management system for NHL.com's eight foreign language websites
Programming editorial and video content across NHL.com's eight foreign language websites, including minimal graphic design
Programming content on NHL social media platforms as required
Assisting with necessary companion headlines and video descriptions for corresponding content
Communicating regularly with management and freelance correspondents to produce timely and accurate content that meets NHL.com International business needs
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree
1-2+ years of web production
Knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, CSS a plus
1-2+ years professional experience in web production
A strong understanding of hockey, the players, teams and content important to NHL fans
Ability to produce content that meets business goals and objectives for NHL.com's foreign language websites
Willingness to work night and day shifts with a varying schedule, including working weekends, holidays and all major NHL events
Must be able to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in groups and manage a variety of projects at a given time
Exhibits great communication and organization with the ability to constantly prioritize tasks
Background in sports journalism and/or sports web production a plus
Fluent in one of the eight NHL.com international languages a plus (Russian, Finnish, Swedish, German, Czech, Slovak, French or Spanish)
Salary Range for this role is $55K to $60K
