To serve as core driver of event presentation at all of League’s major events, including: Super Bowl, Pro Bowl, NFL Draft, Scouting Combine, Hall of Fame, Kickoff and International Games. Manage elements around run of show, creative development, production and more. Support game presentation across all 32 clubs through regular dialogue surrounding best practices, innovation, and policies


  • Coordinate content production and on-site presentation execution across all major NFL events, including Super Bowl game (and surrounding events), Pro Bowl, NFL Draft, Scouting Combine, Hall of Fame Weekend, NFL-Kickoff and International Games

  • Oversee and drive key components for NFL International Games: Run of Show, creative development, production, staging, audio, staffing, contracts, vendor management, etc.

  • Manage logistics with Event Operations for events including oversight of stage manager, talent movements, vendors, partners and cross departmentally

  • Drive strong alignment with the NFL Media group (NFL Network, NFL Digital, Broadcasting, Sponsorship, etc.) and with all key media partners to elevate both the on­ site experience, as well as the media experience

  • Support the presentation of our game across all 32 clubs, including leading annual planning meetings, facilitating regular dialogue with club point people on Football Operations and Broadcast guidelines and partnering closely with NFL Club Business Development

  • Identify best-in-class strategies and tactics via robust analysis of league event performance, club input, and external case studies to drive best practices across the League and the clubs

  • Work with NFL Football Operations and Club Business Development to identify best practices to increase the entertainment value for fans at NFL stadiums and introduce new fan experience initiatives, while balancing football priorities

  • Work closely with key commercial and non­ commercial entities across the NFL (e.g., Sponsorship, Consumer Products, Marketing, Social Responsibility) to ensure improved integration of key partners and priorities across event

  • Coordinate and service the production and presentation needs across major NFL meetings including the League's Annual Meeting in March

  • Generate new and innovative production techniques leveraging technology and the newest platforms to ensure the NFL is at the forefront in delivering the ultimate fan experience

  • Drive strong content integration across Events team and support group in content and communication needs

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of Live Event Production Experience or related work

  • Experience with creating presentations and decks for C-Level and large-scale planning meetings

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Robust understanding of the entertainment industry and live event strategies

  • Experience in serving as a point of contact for vendors and production teams

  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
