The Graphics Production Assistant will provide operational and technical support for our graphics department. This entry level position will prepare and deliver assets to various departments within the facility or to outside vendors. Under the close supervision of the Producer and/or Art Director, the GA will gain a solid understanding of what it takes to initiate and accomplish work through the graphics department and deliver projects to end user.
Essential Functions
Generate headshots, cut-outs and delivery of all motion/still graphics for shows
Acquire various photo and graphic elements for broadcast use
Manage both in-house & out-of-house assets in broadcast design.
Assist Producer with the daily production of frequent requests from other NFL departments.
Physical act of correctly delivering projects.
Coordinate versioning of graphics and various graphic needs for deliverables
General support of graphics department as needed/assigned.
Required Education and Experience
Knowledge of motion graphics
Demonstrated proficiency in Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects
Knowledge of post-production and motion graphic terminology/formats
Good mathematical skills required for calculating time code placement/puzzle solving
Organizational and project coordination skills are necessary
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
Proficiency in Word and Excel
Preferred Education and Experience
College Graduate preferred.
Candidate must have 1-2 years’ experience working in broadcast motion graphics, production OR college training in film or broadcast.
Demonstrated experience using Adobe Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects.
Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook & Microsoft Word.
Candidate must work well as a member of a hard-working team to meet tight deadlines
Fundamental understanding of time management techniques as they relate to the Graphics Assistant position.
Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends as required during certain times of the year.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail a must.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under changing priorities, heavy deadlines, and daily time constraints

Ability to work well within a strong team environment. Individual should be coachable and open to learning, capable of taking initiative and confident recommending more efficient ways of performing job duties and responsibilities.

Salary / Pay Range

Terms / Expected Hours of Work
40 Hours per week, weekends, holidays and odd hours as necessary.
