The Scheduling Operations Coordinator will oversee the scheduling of the Graphics team (Network, Digital and RTS), and other departments for the NFL Media Group, as needed. The coordinator works daily with the Resource Associate Producer and Production Manager to determine department needs across all shows and create appropriate work orders.
The coordinator will also serve as an information liaison for department personnel to assist in aligning their behaviors with the expectations of the NFL Media group; as directed by HR, management, and NFL Leadership. The coordinator also works closely with the Department Production Manager to address employee concerns.
Work closely with Production Manager and Resource Associate Producer to forecast the department scheduling needs across all shows for the fiscal year.
Take the lead in the scheduling of various departments within Network and Digital Graphics, Real Time Systems, and other departments as necessary.
Update supported departments, employee PTO schedules.
Work with other Coordinators in the Scheduling Department, to ensure all shows and positions are correctly input in the scheduling system to maintain all show workorders and templates.
Understand of production workflows and processes to anticipate upcoming needs across various departments.
Distribute confirmed schedules and ensure the shifts and assignments are aligned with expectations.
Work with managers to schedule training and observation shifts as needed, to guarantee successful show support.
Take additional training and courses for new software as necessary.
Work with the Sr. Manager, Scheduling Operations to review scheduling processes and recommend adjustments or efficiencies.
Keep the Graphics team updated of any Scheduling workflow changes.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a scheduling or production environment
Bachelor’s Degree in Media Entertainment or Visual Arts
Experience with project tracking and scheduling software (e.g., preferably Kronos, Mediapulse, and Monday.com)
General understanding of work created in software used for Compositing, 3D modeling, Animation, and VFX (e.g., After Effects, Octane, C4D, Maya, Unreal Engine, etc.)
Experience with heavy schedule management in a time-sensitive atmosphere
Strong comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and apps
Highly developed communication skills to facilitate interdepartmental needs and schedules
