The NFL is seeking a Resource Associate Producer with a high-level view of departmental needs. This individual will work with leadership and all show producers to facilitate the project organization and sharing of resources between all network and digital programming. The improved allocation of resources will directly improve personnel efficiencies and ultimately project budgets, while coordinating the weekly graphic support executions of 85+ FT and PT employees.

Essential Functions

  • Update project lists and calendars using Click Up Project Management

  • Assign, manage and track artist assignments keeping anticipated schedules

  • Work with Production Management on project forecasting

  • Collaborate with department leadership and attend operational meetings

  • Maintain knowledge of all production as it relates to graphics

Required Education and Experience

  • Understanding of technical deliveries for broadcast graphics

  • Deep understanding of how project needs align with artist talents

  • Budget forecasting cycles experience

  • Proven ability to use Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, After Effects & Microsoft Office. Knowledge of InDesign a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with broadcast motion graphics

  • Knowledge of graphics terminology

  • Flexible schedule, willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays as necessary

Preferred Education and Experience

  • 3-5 years in a broadcast production environment

  • Thorough knowledge of broadcast graphics and terminology

Expected Hours of Work
