The NFL is seeking a highly motivated, creative and detail-oriented Producer to join the Content Marketing & Integration team. This role will be responsible for developing, producing and managing strategic, targeted short and long form original content that aligns with the NFL’s vision for the future primarily focused on Girls & Women’s Flag Football, Youth Football, Latin X and NFL Influencer year-round storytelling content.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify and track storyline opportunities supporting key initiatives via content creation to fuel social channels and platforms reaching Youth, Teens & Young Adults audiences.

  • Develop story ideas, write scripts, produce shoots and edits.

  • Manage content pre & post-production through final delivery.

  • Collaboratively partner within strategic content development working groups.

  • Work closely with Social & Influencer Marketing teams to ensure the holistic creation and integration of platform specific customized content.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive production calendars and timelines, deliverables lists, track project status of production partners.

  • Serve as day-to-day contact with external partners and production companies.

  • Provide project planning and production updates as part of ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS from an accredited undergraduate university

  • 6+ years of Network, Social or Digital athlete feature or similar content production experience.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously prioritize and manage multiple creative projects and deadlines.

  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) with strong ability to build and deliver presentations communicating priorities, plans and production status.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with senior management, external partners and successfully partner within cross-functional working groups.

  • Expert knowledge of production, workflow, formats, and specs for broadcast production, social content, and digital assets.

  • General knowledge of Football, the NFL and associated events and storylines.

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

  • This varies on the need at the time, but most shifts would be Monday-Friday 9am- 6pm.
