Reporting to the Manager of Media Management, the Seasonal Media Coordinator will be responsible for interdepartmental communication and scheduling. The candidate should have prior professional experience in a media based, detail-oriented role. A broad proficiency in post-production workflow. This positional will be the central point of communication for the Media Management group and will be the initial point for all incoming jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Liaison between Footage Acquisition, Project Management, and Media Management for the purposes of processing and delivering media

  • Monitor email media requests to the department

  • Maintain MM shoot schedule and expected return dates of media

  • Track progress of the job and update the footage app

  • Work with the Vault to properly asset tag media

  • Communicate requested jobs to the team

  • Update all parties of any changes

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

  • Strong communicator

  • Acute attention to detail

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Ability to multi-task

Expected Hours of Work

  • 40 hours per week

  • Seasonal, 7 month role
