Summary
FLAG FOOTBALL
Work with the International leadership team & territory offices, as well as with NFL Football Operations & NFL FLAG (US) teams, to create a cohesive global strategy for flag football development across key markets
Serve as project manager for flag football activations at market-specific & NFL league tentpole events (e.g., Pro Bowl, International Games) through organizing schedules, meetings, budgets, and timelines for event execution
Assist with NFL FLAG partnership management efforts to drive flag football participation and engagement globally
Establish and build relationships with international governing bodies (IFAF) and regional federations, serving as main point of contact between NFL International and these governing entities
Project manage and support efforts on bid for inclusion of flag football in the Olympic program and worldwide nation vs nation competitions
Serve as conduit for bi-lateral content & information sharing with US domestic football development team
YOUTH MARKETING
Help drive a cohesive global marketing strategy by acting as a key point of contact for International & US domestic marketing teams on NFL content development and distribution
Create content development project plan for off-season and in-season development and execution based on trends in consumption across NFL O&O channels
Understand the NFL landscape both domestically and internationally to create relevant content for the target fanbase – casual / non-fans of the NFL in priority markets
Work closely with US & International Social & Influencer Marketing teams to ensure the holistic integration of youth strategies, and platform-specific extensions to engage key audiences more deeply
Required Qualifications
OVERALL:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university required, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field
5 – 7 years professional experience in marketing and/or project management, preferably at a collegiate athletic department or professional sports organization
Self-driven / proactive with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of successful collaboration in large, multi-departmental organizations
Exemplary PowerPoint / Excel skills, and the ability to deliver strong presentations to internal & external stakeholders
Solutions-oriented with proven ability to think strategically and analytically
FLAG FOOTBALL
Successfully demonstrated knowledge of football developmental trends, evolution of the game from youth football through college, and business dynamics/models of professional football
A minimum of 5 years of quantifiable experience in conceptualizing unique event activations and experiences and proven track record of bringing new concepts to life via successful event management and event production
YOUTH MARKETING
Strong understanding of the creative process and roles / process associated with creating great content / campaigns targeted at teen / youth audiences
Deep fluency in Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and streaming platforms, including a clear understanding of channel roles and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Proven success in youth marketing; event-specific marketing is a plus
Experience in managing external agencies
Strong event operations experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Travel
25-30% during peak times
Terms / Expected Hours of Work:
NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week
Flexibility to work nights, weekends and some holidays/gamedays required (e.g., Pro Bowl, Super Bowl, International Games)
