The Manager, Global Brand & Consumer Marketing will be charged with supporting and executing youth marketing initiatives. They will work across the organization with key internal stakeholders and partners to build and execute a cohesive youth marketing strategy focusing on fan growth and retention.

The successful candidate will be a key member of a team tasked with supporting youth marketing across known fandom drivers, including driving youth participation (flag and tackle) and supporting and amplifying youth content (live games, shoulder programming, social and gaming).

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Sr Manager, Global Brand & Consumer Marketing to define marketing strategy and tactics for cross-organizational initiatives and brand campaigns

  • Support and lead a cross-functional and collaborative marketing briefing and strategy development process with both internal and agency stakeholders.

  • Brainstorm new and innovative ways to engage with youth audiences. Develop and execute forward-thinking initiative plans to support annual business planning and Marketing goal-setting process.

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across paid, owned, earned and partner/affiliate media.

  • Establish clear initiative timelines that will drive the team’s day-to-day execution of marketing plans to realize initiative goals.

  • Oversee the creation of content marketing assets to bring campaigns to life, build positive brand sentiment, and drive awareness and fan engagement.

  • Work with stakeholders on calendarization and prioritization of campaigns

  • Work closely with Social & Influencer Marketing teams to ensure the holistic integration of youth strategies, and platform-specific extensions to more deeply engage key audiences.

  • Manage external partner & agency relationships. Serve as the day-to-day contact, assisting with administrative and planning needs.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS from an accredited undergraduate university with degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

  • 5-7 years of marketing experience, including management of creative campaigns, owned and paid media plans, and marketing communication.

  • Strategic and analytic ability to support and influence creative decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) with strong ability to build presentations that communicate marketing priorities and program elements.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with senior management, agency partners, and successfully navigate and manage cross-functional working groups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Attention to detail, especially when multi-tasking across various projects.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.

  • Experience with youth marketing (Kids, Teens, Young Adults, ages 6-24)

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks independently.

  • Thrive in a team setting and can take directions well.

  • Effective interpersonal skills that enable one to communicate and work across the organization and with outside parties.

Travel

  • 25-30% during peak times.

Terms / Expected Hours of Work

  • 9AM – 6PM; May need to work overtime as needed.

  • Occasional evening and weekend work and/or travel may be required for campaign shoots, events, or initiative launches.
