Position will be primarily graphics asset management. It will also involve occasionally scanning/cleaning images for use in our shows. It requires a detail-oriented person with meticulous organizational skills and a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere.


  • Technical review for correct format, codec, image size based on use or venue

  • Confirm naming and version number of graphic elements

  • Media Management of graphic elements and assets

  • Manage file uploads and downloads, file distribution, and fulfillment of finished work, works in progress, source content, or any content required in the creation of graphics

  • Manage the archive and retrieval of graphic media across multiples tiers of storage as required

  • Liaison between the graphics department and all internal departments and external vendors regarding the status of the job, assets, deadlines, technical specs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in coordination/project management.

  • Basic understanding of Graphics Production or Post Production experience.

  • A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After-Effects, Premiere)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of equivalent experience

  • Knowledge of image scanning and cleanup

  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D is a plus
